New! 2 available Model is UET08B11A Compare to new price of $829+ tax 2024 production! 8000BTU cooling AND they have heat as well I bought them last August and didn't use them. This year I ended up doing a mini split setup for the entire condo . My loss is your gain. I paid almost $2k for these units last August. One them got installed in the spare bedroom, but wasn't used . The other one didn't get installed at all. Both are new , just don't come in the box. Price is firm at $400 each. You know what these go for . These are the best through the wall units available.
