The spaces in Garden of Time are double depth lawn crypts, so they are one spaces that holds 2 caskets, so the first one that needs to be placed in the the space goes down in the bottom, and the second person will then be in the top spot. The space already has the concrete outer burial containers (acts as your vaults, but they do not seal), so you do not purchase vaults with your funeral service. Today's retail cost of the space is $9,995, the headstone is $2,300, and opening/closings are $2,195 each. There is a $695 transfer fee + $20 to the state of TN = $715. Roselawn will waive that fee if the new buyers want to purchase their funeral services through them. Sell price - $12,000 plus transfer fee. Savings of approximately $4000.
