Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. These people are completely heartless and seem to delight in hurting people. I trusted them (foolishly) after having 2 cars recently stolen. I had liability coverage on the vehicles and I was not covered for theft. Unfortunately, I encountered these predators when I was most in need of their help. Admittedly, I am not the most savvy individual, so I rely on the good will of my fellow man. Sensing this, instead of rising to the occasion, they exploited it. They are very convincing and present themselves as friendly and caring individuals. I am embarrassed to have fallen for it.
EDIT: The response from the business owner says it all. Instead of taking accountability, they would rather put energy into denial and misdirection.

PLEASE READ FULL POST BEFORE THINKING AND TRUSTING THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! THEY WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE A REVIEW BEFORE LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP FOR A REASON!!! This is why so many reviews are edited. Sort version not story DON’T BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!! They will fake it till you sign. I won’t recommend this company they are not honest! THEY CLEAR CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS, ask to see the car without an appointment so that they do not have time to cover issues. If you go to look at a car that was supposed to be there and it so happen to be in the shop and they cannot offer another car for you to look at, do not worry they are just busy hiding problems. I also asked can I return the car they expressed naw we don’t do returns. If you get a car here I highly suggest you bring your Mechanic and don’t rush the sell.

This dealership is great they will work with you and they have good warranty also. All three workers who was there was kind. They had snacks and drinks also which is a plus.

During the sell I asked Jib-ran is there anything wrong with the car that I should be worried about he said no, not that he knows of. My brother mentioned to him the breaks are bad can you replace them before she takes the car. Jib-ran expressed that he just changed the breaks the car has just been sitting for a while.

1/2/24 I noticed water leaking from my son’s bag with this game in it going through the trunk. I take it out it is no water bottles it did not rain it was a nice weather. (Check the forecast) It was water in my trunk.

I noticed my check engine light came on as was taking my daughter to school. I look in my trunk to see a pond of water. So am mad I go take the car back here, the guy who sits in the middle says it is like that from the car getting detailed, am like in my head knowingly that was false. So they got a worker to use the sump pump to clean the water out of the trunk.

I took the car to the shop I get inspected. It’s a list of things wrong with the car codeP020, Catalyst system below efficiency and it was replaced last year 9/2023. So how is there a problem now they do not know. My back breaks are at 3%. Tune up as never been done before on the car. My car as has two leaks that idk were from that is my main concern.

I email and call Planet Car Exchange about the issues and they expressed that they suggest for me to wait the 15days until my warranty expires and for me to call the GAP insurance company that I pay $600 for as if am not paying for it. But also GAP insurance does not cover theses issues. I expressed ok I will re review the paperwork with my parents and I will talk to you again.

Still before my 15 day warranty is up. I walk into the dealership this time no greetings it is just hey can I help you. Like the vibe is only talking because it is my job but I am not about to help you. So I explained the same thing I expressed over the phone and showed the the information that was wrong with the car and what is on the warranty that the car is under. They expressed to me that I was wasting my time there and that the car is sold to me as is. The IMPLIED WARRANTY IS AS IS THE DEALER DON’T HAVE TO FIX THINGS THAT NEED REPAIRED WHEN YOU SIGN THE TITLE ITS YOURS!!! ALSO DON’T GET THAT GAP INSURANCE THEY WONT HELP EITHER.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. On 4/29/24 I went in to purchase a 2013 Acura ILX. I test drove the car and everything seemed fine so I got the info and went to my credit union (NFCU) to get the check. Came back the next day with a check for the exact amount of the car with their business name on it. After sitting for almost an hour I asked what the hold up was and I was told that they were trying to verify the check! I called NFCU and was advised that this type of check required no verification as it was for the exact amount and made out to Planet Cars Exchange directly, the manager then comes out to say that people give them fake checks so he needed to make sure my check wasn’t fake! I’ve never been treated so poorly. I should have left and took my business elsewhere at that point but I didn’t. NFCU was so confused as to why they were giving me such a hard time about the check and even spoke to them to tell them the check was legit and didn’t require verification. Finally after many apologies and begging for a good review I left having purchased the car. I had to later come to pick the car up, so they left it outside of the gate and gave me 1 set of the two keys belonging to the car. 2 days later while still within their 500 mile warranty I called to let them know something was going on with the ac, they advised to turn the recirculation button on and it seemed to have worked, he told me if I had any other issues to give them a call. As it was barely May I didn’t need the ac, so I wasn’t using it. Come June the beginning, the ac went out completely. I called and was told that they would see what could be done, after about a week and a half of unanswered calls and texts they finally tell me that they couldn’t do anything to fix the ac for me. After accusing me of giving them a bad check and begging for a good review I thought they would’ve at least tried to do right by me with the ac but no. I then asked for the second set of keys to which I was told they would look for them and get back to me which never happened. Common sense would’ve told them to mail them as a courtesy right after the purchase. One year and 7 estimates later I had to pay $3,400 to have the compressor replaced on an 11k car. It’s a hybrid and that was the cost almost everywhere I got an estimate. I ended up taking it to an Acura dealer. These people were not only insulting and unprofessional but they are dishonest. If I had known I would’ve just took my business elsewhere when they questioned my check.

Great buying experience fast and easy got approved for my vehicle with sales person jibran he got me into a vehicle when no could thank you highly recommend this dealer if anyone is looking to buy their next dream car

The 2008 honda pilot had a lot of issues. I looked at the vehicle a few months ago and im not surprised it still hasn't sold. The passenger side windows didn't roll down and a transmission issue codes appeared when the mechanic did a pre purchase inspection. Make sure you have a trusted mechanic when looking at these vehicles.
