Set of Two Bill Curry Chrome Stem Light Floor Lamps for Design Line, 1965 These Design Line floor lamps come with their original smokey glass globes and set off stunning illumination. The look of the egg-shape glass globe perched on the chrome stem is eye-catching and captures the essence of the mid-century design era. These lamps feature the manufacture's original sticker demonstrating that they were manufactured in El Segundo California in 1965 - making them a great addition to a California Design collection. American designer William "Bill" Curry (1927–1971) graduated from the Los Angeles Art Center and was founder of the home furnishings company Design Line in 1963 in El Segundo, California.
