After reading the dealership’s response to my wife’s original review, I want to update this.

We have not personally purchased a vehicle from this dealership. The original review was based on our general concerns about branded titles and manufacturer buybacks, not on a firsthand experience.

To their credit, they responded professionally, addressed the concerns directly, and invited an open conversation. That level of transparency and willingness to engage says a lot about how they handle their business.

While it’s still important for buyers to fully understand what a lemon law/manufacturer buyback vehicle is and do their own research before purchasing, we respect that this dealership clearly discloses what they sell and stands behind it.

Because of their honest and straightforward response, we’re updating this review and are now open to visiting and learning more about their inventory firsthand.

We appreciate the professional way they handled the situation.

My wife and I went into LeSueur feeling unsure about which vehicle to get. We honestly had no plans on buying a car that day until we test drove the 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy they had on the lot. Maya and Kate helped us with some test drives. Once we drove the Palisade my wife and I fell in love and then spoke to Steven about pricing. There was absolutely zero pressure from him and any of the other staff. We ended up making a deal and it was so quick my wife and I were out of there within 30 minutes and we weren’t passed around other staff like larger dealers would do to us.

I highly recommend stopping by LeSueur Car Company if anyone is in the market for a vehicle. They have a great selection of cars and it was the best car buying experience I’ve had.

I’ve never experienced a group of people at a dealership who seemed less interested in selling a car. The teenager at the front desk was the most helpful, despite the obvious disinterest from the salesperson(s) we spoke with. This company was a referral from my bank - and I wouldn’t suggest they keep sending people here.

Lesueur Auto Dealership in Tempe, AZ is amazing! I bought my first Tesla today from Kris and traded in the Hyundai I purchased from him five years earlier. They have multiple car lines to choose from.
