This specialty tilting and adjustable wheelchair was designed for us by a wonderful team of physical therapists at a rehabilitation center. Works very well- there are supportive, adjustable armrests. The head support needs tightening oncein a while with a key wrench. There's an included additional foot support shelf that attaches on top of the metal foot pedals. The ROHO seat cushion pictured here is not included (see separate listing). Everything else is included!
