Tires are brand new . 1 AC unit . Upgraded mattress in the master bedroom. Double beds In the back . One bed in the middle with 2 captains chairs and small table . This unit is a 36ft long . I measured the body . It is 8800lbs empty . 100 gallons of water , 50 gallons of gray and black. Fuel station , external water hose. No low ballers . Please don’t waste my time .
