This was an amazing experience. We just happen to be driving by modern auto sales and the flags drew us in. I was ready to call it a day, but I was convinced to go to one more place. It was such a relief that when we got out of our vehicle we were not swarmed by sales people. Jose, very casually, and in a very friendly manner approached us. I could tell right away that he was the real deal. He was not pushy nor were any of the other people here. We did leave to look at other places, but we found ourselves back working with Jose. If I lived in Florida, I would absolutely come back here. Jose is exceptionally outstanding. He deserves all car sales. The finance manager was also excellent. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to work with Jose. You will not regret it. And not to be dramatic, but if I need another car, I may even consider coming down to buy an other car from Jose, even though I live in New England. He is that amazing.

I applied for a vehicle and they ran my credit — which is fine — but after that, the communication completely fell apart. I had to follow up just to get basic answers, like whether the car I was interested in was even still available. Instead of being upfront or helpful, I was met with vague responses and told I needed a co-signer with zero explanation or willingness to work with me. When I said I wasn’t interested in moving forward, the response was a dismissive “alright.”

If you value transparency, respect, or your time (and credit score), I’d suggest looking elsewhere. They clearly weren’t interested in earning my business.

The company provided us an array of cars to choose from with great deals! José helped my family find my first car and needless to say, I’m satisfied with this purchase. It has no problems, low mileage, and up-to-date features!

We had a terrible experience with Modern Auto Sale. We gave them $3,000 as a down payment for a vehicle, trusting their salesman Andrés, who assured us it was part of the purchasing process. After taking the money, they never delivered the car, and to this day, we have not received a refund.

The salesman disappeared, and the dealer has failed to respond responsibly or offer any resolution. It’s clear that they are allowing scams to happen under their own name, which is unacceptable for any business claiming to be trustworthy.

We do not recommend this place to anyone. If you’ve been scammed, report them. And if you’re thinking of buying here: THINK TWICE.

I previously left the five star review because the salesman was great, but I was promised that they would fix the accident and the broken light. Well they had my car for almost 2 days didn’t touch it. They said something happened with the mechanic took it back the next week had it for two days And they didn’t fix it. They promised to fix it and they didn’t. They’re shady. They falsified records to get you qualified they tell the bank that the car is in perfect condition. Stay away from this place and the manager Mike is the nastiest person you’ll ever meet. When I bought a car from them back in 2019 they had a different staff and that staff was amazing. I don’t know what happened to the DEALERSHIP. The sales person was very nice and that’s all I have to say about the place.
