This listing is for our 2022 Rockwood 1970ESP. It has been garage kept since new and is in perfect condition. Yes, it fits in your garage!! No paying for storage and/or leaving it out in the elements all year long! It’s the perfect tent trailer, light weight, lots of ground clearance for off grid camping, easy to tow and easy to store. We just don’t get out enough to justify keeping it. We’ve used it for a total of 12 nights since we bought it new.
