Received my vehicle roughly 3 months ago. Had some concerns initially. All issues were addressed and fixed have now been driving the vehicle over 90 days and have not had a single problem. They called to check up on me yesterday, it meant a lot they followed up. Much appreciated to this family business 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 there when I needed it and came through!

The absolute worst dealership in all of North Texas. Sold my fiancé a truck that they said passed inspection, but has had nothing but issues ever since he bought it. A number of certain things on the truck are failing not even a week after purchase, indicating there is no possible way this truck could have passed an inspection.

Aside from doing bad business, they are extremely unprofessional. My fiancé tried calling them to sort out the issues, and Cole cursed at him, yelled and continuously hung up on a customer who spent money with him. This is absolutely no way to do business. Because of this, my fiancé had to take time out of his work day to come to Denton and sort things out in person since Cole is not capable of being a professional over the phone.

Dawson met with my fiancé and went to their mechanic to get the truck looked at- Not to our surprise, Dawson HIMSELF said there is no way the truck could have passed inspection after the results of the mechanics findings.

Kerry, Cole's father and store owner, said he would fix the issues with the truck. Gave the truck back to my fiancé with not only the same issues, but MORE issues!

After Kerry instructed my fiancé to take the truck to his mechanic of choice and get things sorted, they are finally able to figure out what the issues was. My fiancé calls Kerry to let him know what's going on with it, and not only does Kerry refuse to cover the cost of the defects but also yells at him and hangs up.

Do not do business with these people. They sell deficient vehicles, lie about the condition, and are extremely, extremely unprofessional. Horrible experience over all and do not recommend whatsoever.

Also, the people leaving 5 star reviews are employees and family of the owners. Don't be deceived. Dawson is a young employee of the company. How surprising that after months or years of the business being open, only 1 or 2 reviews have ever been left, and once a negative review is left, the same day numerous new 'positive' reviews come! What a coincidence.
