Stainless steel doesn't scratch like plastic does (embedding bacteria inside the plastic). Once you have a stainless steel box, it does not need to be replaced like plastic boxes do. These retail for $60 each. They're currently on sale for $43. I'm selling for $40 each--a great discount and you benefit from my receiving the wrong item.
