Please do your own research and figure out if this portable winch suits your needs. 4,000 lb rated line pull, but the package includes a 16,000 lb pulley block that bumps the rating up to 8k lbs. It's portable and can be used on many different applications, not only non running vehicles. People use it to remove tree stumps or odd projects around the house. You'll also need a power source (your car battery, portable battery, jump starter, NOT INCLUDED) to power the winch. Heavy, but light enough to leave inside your vehicle or carry it around freely for that rainy day. ***One latch is broken/missing, but the whole toolbox can still be carried with handle.*** padlock compatible.
