I bought my 3rd Nissan back in August. I wanted to get back into a Rogue. The staff at Team Nissan treats me like family and the process was so smooth.  I would totally recommend Team Nissan if you are looking to buy a new car or have your current Nissan serviced. The best dealership around and Peter and Rob in sales are top notch.  Any service to be done I’m always greeted by Dave the service manager and never felt more friend like especially being a female in the car buying process

Approximately 2 years ago I brought my wife's Nissan Juke for a recall and some routine fluid changing. I paid for the front and rear differential fluids to be changed. Upon receiving it I inspected the differential areas that were supposed to be serviced and noted the drain and refill drain bolts appeared to never have been touched on the front differential. I made a mental note of this but at the time I had complete trust that it was performed from Manchester NH Nissan and no reason to call into question the employees credibility and also had no proof to accuse the dealer of ripping me off.

Fast forward to today January 11 2025 and I performed the Nissan recommended service myself.

I discovered that I was robbed by the stealership and the front differential fluid as I suspected was never changed. The rear differential fluid was clear. The Front was dark like dark chocolate which confirms I was robbed. I didn't lose a ton of money but in the long wrong getting my story out the Dealer will lose a significant amount of revenue from other customers that see this post over time.

This is my second time in 3 years working with Danielle at Team Nissan.   She is fantastic to work with.   No pressure at all, very knowledgeable and attentive.  Most importantly to me, even after the sale,  the service has continued.   I've had many questions since the sale and she's been quick to get back to me every time.  If she's still there I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to trade back in.  I also want to say that Dave in finance was wonderful to work with.   He worked with me on both deals.  Very easy to work with and NO PRESSURE!  Not once did I feel like anyone was trying to pull something over on me.  ALSO, in the past three years, the service department has been wonderful.  Again,  I never felt that anyone was dishonest or shady.  And I've seen some horror stories at other dealerships.   Thank you Team Nissan!

Scheduled my service online which was very easy. At appointment time I pulled into the service bay doors and someone came out to greet me right away did not have to wait. I can't say enough about this dealership. From the time I first went over to look at a vehicle, through the process of purchasing the vehicle, they have been awesome. No I don't work here or know anyone that does work here. I'm just telling the up front truth about dealing with sales and now the service department on a regular schedule maintenance visit. That I couldn't be more pleased on stopping by this place for the purchase of the vehicle. Thank You

I usually don’t write reviews often when it comes to dealerships. I have to admit I was blown away the moment I spoke to Rob ( general sales manager) at Team Nissan. Within 5 minutes of speaking to him on the phone I was walking through the front door of his dealership. He gave me far more for my trade than anyone else in 100 mile radius. An hour later I walked out with a 2024 Nissan Titan. He beats everyone’s prices by a good margin and hands down one of the nicest guys I’ve come across. Jared was the sales man who worked on this deal also, have nothing but positive things to say about him. Will definitely be dealing with these guys in future when looking for a Nissan or any other vehicle.
