Ric is the best in the service section. I came in to get my oil changed at 11am. It was almost one, so I asked someone when my car would be done. The person I asked was with parts, not service, but he said he would check. He asked one of the service guys, but never got back to me. After 1:30pm I was getting really hungry since I hadn’t eaten yet. I didn’t expect the oil change to take that long, and I had planned to eat afterward. I walked up to Ric, and he was so helpful. He even offered me a Pop-Tart or a sandwich. Then he came back and let me know it would be another two hours because my car needed a software update. He gave me a rental so I could go grab some food. I really appreciate him. If you need anything, reach out to Ric.

Service dept is great. Sales people, not so much. I remember the first time I came to the dealership walking up to the entrance a sales person was walking towards me from inside, I assume to greet me, then he looked me up and down turned around and walked away. I’m assuming he figured I wouldn’t be worth his time. Very unprofessional to be sizing up potential customers in this way. I could have been a millionaire buying 3 cars, you never know who’s walking through your doors. I walked inside, wasn’t greeted till I went up to the empty desk receptionist desk upfront.  Anyway, I still bought a car from a younger sales person who nice enough to work with. I followed up in a year to see about possibly trading it in for something new. I was contacted by sales person named French? Long story short, he was very willing to assist after initially receiving my inquiry but essentially ghosted me once he ran my information and decided I wasn’t worth his time.  I am upside down my current vehicle, but have been paying it on time faithfully for a year. The sales people need to work on their professionalism and view customers as more than just potential commission checks.

From start to finish the purchasing experience was smooth and effortless. The staff were extremely helpful courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership to family friends or just about anyone.

Bought a vehicle from our of state, and flew in to pick it up.  They charged me for vehicle reconditioning, and after I drove the vehicle home I discovered several items that clearly hadn't been checked, including dirty engine and cabin air filters, a broken air inlet pipe, and spare tire that is completely dry rotted and unusable.  The car was also missing the carpeted floor mats, the owners manual - and only came with one key.  The one key is apparently not the admin key, so I can't change settings, drive over 80 mph, or adjust the volume past a certain point - which is something I'd expect to be addressed under "reconditioning".  Left multiple voicemails for management and sales staff, and they don't even have the courtesy to call back.  Avoid this place at all costs, they clearly only care about sales, and not customer satisfaction.
