It’s time to start the summer right! I’m selling my 5th wheel that is in great condition and ready to go camping! This Montana is 4 season ready and has almost all the amenities of a home! At 41.5ft in length you will surely have enough space to be cozy and comfortable. This trailer has been great, and sad to see it go, but I’m looking for a toy hauler now to get my toys out camping. Not much needs to be done to it, other than a few little things. Water heater has been completely rebuilt, furnace has been serviced and had a new circuit board installed. Most of the common trailer issues have been fixed and repaired. Master bath faucets have been upgraded to residential style, as well as the kitchen faucet. An LG washing machine was installed, but does not have a dryer. (It is ready for a dryer) A/C units serviced and ready to go. Has 2 A/C units that are ducted and a 3rd A/C prep. Has a residential style fridge, and convection microwave. Bedroom and living room TVs are Vizio smart tvs. Has a fireplace in the living room for ambiance or to help heat the trailer up. Has a hide a bed couch as well as a couch with 2 recliners that are heated and messaging. The table is extendable to allow for 4 seats, all 4 seats are included and 2 of them fold up to store under the bed! And for your guest, in addition to the master bathroom, have a half bath in the hallway! Master bath is equipped with a large shower, his and hers sinks, and a massive closet. Both toilets are porcelain. This unit is also solar prepped and generator prepped. The pin box has also been changed to a Reese Goosebox rated at 21k lbs. this provides a smoother ride for the 5th wheel as well as the tow vehicle. I’ve probably missed a lot about this trailer so I am available for questions. I do still have a loan on the trailer and can meet at the credit union to take care of payment/transfer/payoff/or set you up with financing. Also can meet there if you are paying cash to get everything settled into your name.
