I would give 0 stars if able to. The service here started off great and the couple that runs this used car dealership seemed nice, reputable and reliable. However, since then, it has gone majorly down hill. My fiancé purchased a vehicle from this dealership a little over a month ago and it had started to make a noise which ended up being the wheel bearing. This noise started just a few days into the loan. My fiancé called the dealership, they agreed to buy the part but getting it changed would be up to my man. He was okay with this, picked up the part, and fixed the issue.

Then 2 weeks and 2 days into the loan, an engine noise comes about. My fiancé contact the dealership which they say it is not their problem since the vehicle was, “in perfect condition” before driving it off the lot. Since then we have been going back and forth with the dealership as well as the bank. Thankfully the financial institution, Western Funding, has a policy that states if you get a diagnostic of the vehicle and have not put more than 1,000 miles on the vehicle since signing, you can submit the diagnostic to their fraud department for review.

We have done this so now it’s a waiting and a back and forth game. When the bank reached out to the dealership, they told the bank that my fiancé had purchased a 3 month warranty. Due to this, the bank had made a decision that he should try to get the vehicle fixed by the warranty but he would still be liable to pay the $250 deductible IF the warranty even approves it. If the warranty DOES NOT approve the repairs, it would be $3,500 to get it fixed. At this point, my fiancé DOES NOT want the vehicle anymore and is wanting the dealership to buy back the loan. Especially because the bank is saying if there is no updates by this Saturday he is STILL liable for the 1st payment. On top of the dealer not wanting to work with him to buy back the loan, they are refusing to give my fiancé back his down payment of $4,100. He had traded in our van, which is no where to be seen now we think they sold it already, and he put down $2k.

AG Solutions team, please know that we do not want to take legal action but we will if need be. If you do not want to get legal aids involved please call us to get this situation resolved.

I bought a car with a cracked ppf on( They hide those cracks on Facebook marketplace pictures). They said it’s just a sticker, it will be fine if I take it off. After few months I got it done and it costed me like $650+. Not a good experience.

Edit: you can cover up all you want. But you know you put fake pictures to drag people to your dealer. I didn’t have choice except buying that car( I explained it to you).

My experience with ag solutions auto, was no way a good one.I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee back in December 2024 for a Christmas present and a car for college.in February it started to run hot off and on.around March the engine began running rough.my first mechanic replaced water pump only to find engine sealant inside the pump,he ask me how long, and where did l buy this vehicle.he said someone had used engine sealant for the cracked block.200.00. got a second diagnosis from a different shop, same thing.cracked block and sealant threw out the radiator.lm now spending 4600dollars for a car that I paid 5600.00 cash.and only had for 3 months., they answered  that's your problem . not ours.no help at all.I. Do not recommend this dealership at all 👎👎👎👎👎

Great customer service! Gabriel even taught me how to drive stick shift before I finished buying the car.  They were there every step of the way for me.  I sincerely cannot express how helpful they were!
