Available is an exquisite Custom Raven West Guitar (RWG) Les Paul electric guitar, Sea Blue maple flame top, double bound, Mother of Pearl inlay on headstock, fretboard and binding of body. Although the pics of this guitar are beautiful, they simply don’t do the guitar justice when you see it in person and observe the light hit it. I’ve seen a lot of guitars, and this is perhaps the most beautiful guitar I’ve ever seen. As stated earlier, the guitar is double bound on the top and bottom, which is a feature you only see on extreme high end guitars. Fret board is bound, frets rounded and polished…not a detail has been missed in this guitar. Perfect to be displayed on a wall…it’s a show stopper! Sound-wise…it is amazing. In clean tones are bright and precise. With gain, this guitar growls with the best of them. Hardware is premium quality all the way down to the Grover tuners. Electronics work perfect. For those not familiar with Raven Guitars, they have a stellar reputation for quality of both construction and sound. Many compare them to Gibson guitars in regards to feel, sound and extremely high quality control. RWG are hard to find and built their following by selling online only in order to keep their prices at a minimum…and even then their guitars often exceeded $1000 new. Reviewers still considered them a great bargain at that price and often mentioned RWG in the same sentence as Gibson higher end guitars that would cost 5X as much with less features. The only negative thing reviewers have for Raven Les Pauls is that their body is almost identical in shape and weight to a Gibson…so they basically made a Gibson Les Paul better than Gibson does (if you consider that a negative).
