Thoroughly cleaned. This is a great accessory to add to any of the Nativity sets. Like-new! Music works (push the little drum on the side of the barn). It plays the classic Little Drummer Boy song, and the sound quality is great! Open the doors in front entrance and press the straw/hay and hear sheep & horse sounds. Comes with palm tree (2-sided & can be used on either side) of barn) and one horse. Batteries included, but on the bottom there’s a switch that will be in the “off” position during shipping.  One Horse and Palm Tree included. A little history about the Little People Nativity Set: The 1st set was introduced in 2001, re-introduced in 2002 & also added the Deluxe Version "A Christmas Story". The Nativity Theme continued into 2005. The Lil' Drummer Boy set (K8258) came out in 2003 as the Little People Nativity theme continued to inspire more future accessory sets!
