I used this laptop the last several months and it's a beast. It's a workhorse laptop and it never gave me any issues. The laptop has been reset to factory settings and has Microsoft Office 2019 installed. The BATTERY DOES NOT HOLD A CHARGE AND WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED.
