This dealerships amazing from Emily who I spoke with on the phone about concerns I had  before going to the dealership to Kenrick my salesman who not only went above and beyond to get me in the right deal for me but also giving a full transparent walkthrough of every step. Finally the finance associate Katie who did such a amazing job helping create  custom package for the care and  time to make sure I was remaining at the same payment with all of the protection needed for my new car !! THIS DEALERSHIP IS AMAZING everyone of there employees were exuberant with professionalism and honesty and care I will definitely do more business with them and you should too !!!

My experience with this dealership was a great one. The car salesman DJ made me feel right at home. He was upfront and honest, which is well appreciated. And the finance manager Katie Stafford made the financing process effortless.  She was very informative, but quick nonetheless. Had a great remote buying experience with Southern Dodge.  Ricky in Sales, Lauren in Finance and Shelby in management provided excellent support throughout the process.  Car arrived in NJ in perfect condition.

This was not the best experience. Simple oil change turned into a big hassle. I asked for oil change and tire rotation. Got it back 4 hours later and still no tire rotation. I was told it was overlooked. Then I got home and it died. Oil everywhere, frame, front axle, etc. Had to call a tow truck. 1:30 later, back to dealership. I was told it would be fixed and be put in a rental. The rental was another 2 hour process. Offered an alignment for me troubles. I declined. Can't get an oil change right, I don't want any other services. I was called the next day to pick it up. Get there and drove away fine. Get to Virginia Beach, it died again. My family had to take Uber home while I got towed.
This time, talk was about taking the intake manifold off to get to the oil sensor, etc. Finally, my tow truck driver spoke up and told them he had the same problem before and they had put regular oil instead of diesel oil. The tech behind the counter said. 5w40 is all the same, there's no difference. So, now we all know the problem. Took over the holiday weekend to get my Jeep back. I will never be back.
Everyone at the dealership is super friendly,  but I got the distinct feeling their cigarettes were way more important than my time.
Since I can't even trust them to put the right oil in my vehicle, and not lie about tire rotation, there is absolutely nothing else I trust them with. And for compensation for my time was an alignment, whatever....nope.

TL/DR: Service good, sales not so much.

A little disappointed. Stopped by for service in our 24 Wrangler and that went well. I am shopping for a 3500 and I looked at the ones they had. No one ever came out to see if I had questions. Maybe I should have gone inside but it’s a big lot and the 3500s are as far from sales as they can be.
