This is basically brand new and is the version with recoil. I tested it when I first got it and confirmed it was tracking the cursor on the screen and the recoil was working. I originally purchased it expecting to set it up with my PC to play games like Time Crisis but never got around to it. Original price was $185 including shipping. It includes the original box and packaging.
