All the rattan, wicker, bamboo is in perfect condition and the glass on the table. The fabric needs a cleaning or can be reupholstered in the fabric of your choice! The sofa cushions and chair cushions can be removed for easy cleaning. The dining chairs are upholstered they need to be steam cleaned etc. I priced it low to avoid going back-and-forth,..this is a great deal for this quality of furniture and so many pieces.
