Description

Once again, my gear hoarding has reaching untenable levels and I need to offload some beloved amps. Someone please buy my stuff so I can, in turn, buy more stuff I don't need. Cash is definitely preferred. Might consider trades but it'll have to be something pretty cool. Here's the gear: —Fender Musicmaster Bass combo: 1x15" Fender combo from the late '70s. Original tubes and speaker. In good cosmetic shape with some very minor wear and tear. 12 watts. $650 —Peavey Mace combo: 2x12" '70s Peavey Mace. Russian power tubes, solid state preamp, original speakers. Stupidly powerful. $650 —Sound City Bass 150 head: '70s Sound City head with newish JJ 6550s in the power section. Similar tube lineup to a Model T and just as much power on tap—150 watts, selectable at different impedances and wall voltages. Custom Moon Cabinetry headshell. $1400 —Standel-Gibson SG 100 combo: '70s 1x15" combo, built by Gibson after they bought out Standel. 100 watts. Solid state preamp, tube power amp running lovely old RCA 8417s. New handle and grill cloth. $550 —'30s/'40s mystery amp: awesome old tube amp that I haven't been able to identify. It's quite old and features a field coil speaker, 6L6 power, and octal preamp tubes. Was recapped by a previous owner and works well, although is has a fuzziness that might need to be ironed out by someone more competent than me. $600 —Acoustic B120 combo: 1x15" solid state combo from the '70s or '80s. New power cord. Thumps! $250 —Garnet D90-2 head: awesome little Canadian-built 6V6 amp from the '60s or '70s. 35 watts. Takes pedals beautifully and has a bit of grit when pushed. $600
