I'm selling a 10' Balsam Spruce artificial Christmas Tree with lights. Unfortunately, only a couple of the strands of lights are working. I don’t have the time to try and figure out why the other lights aren't working. It's a really nice and sturdy Tree. The branches are on thick metal rods that fold out and can be shaped to form a perfect tree. It comes with a stand. Asking 700$ but would be open to an offer.
