I got this violin from a friend who passed away. He didn't give me too much information on it, but I took it to a violin luthier to have it set up and looked at and it's ancient. there are no markings or writing or anything on the inside that can be seen. I don't wish to sell it since I feel like it is worth a lot, but I don't have any more resources to continue looking any further and I need the money for college. It comes with everything original, I did get a new bow for it and a new bridge made. The post is up and sturdy. It definitely plays beautify. Everything original is in the case.
