Keystone Passport Ultralight 2012

I’m selling my RV for what I owe on which is a steal at 8K. There are some minor repairs that need to be addressed. It needs a new awning tarp. The grey and black water valves need to be replaced. Needs a new vent light over the oven. All of these repairs combined would cost around $400. That being said. This is a solid RV. I believe it has one of the best floor plans of any on the market. There are a couple of soft spots on the floor but that does not effect the performance. The floors are hardened foam and not wood. It is not rot. No leaks. Everything works as it should. I have it in covered storage in Woodland, WA.
