Hello, I need help we sold this car to this man , I have profile from otter up in photos, anyway he somehow managed to cancel his cashapp payment and instead had the $700 taken from my account and sent to himself!! And took the car. I contacted local police in Wilkes barre, and the car is now considered stolen. Any help would be so helpful. I hope he’s proud for scamming an 80 year old man!!!! REWARD!! The man said he was from hazleton, and his father had a mechanic shop there as well. And he came in a grey Ford Explorer, pa plates ladybug four 0049. Believe first three letters were ldj. Hard to tell on cameras from parking lot. Thanks in advance.
