Marshall JCM 800 50W MetalHead 2204 Amp Head

1983 Marshall JCM 800 50W 2204 Modded by Elan / MetalHead in the 80's It's the best sounding metal Amp I've ever heard!  This thing just screams metal!!! Head is in excellent condition for being 39 years old. You won't find another one for sale!!! Elan Menron modded the amps. He was an EE for Yamaha at the time in LA. He and his brother had Metalhead studios on Cahuenga Blvd but he first started modding Marshalls out of his garage in Burbank for bands like Skid Row, Fear Factory, Assailant, and WASP. This is the famous mod that Dino Cazares of Fear Factory had on his 800 that was used on the albums Soul Of A New Machine, Demanufacture, and Obsolet.  The mod consists of a push/pull added gain boost, push/pull added bass boost and rear noise gate.
