The case has 2 included 160mm fans. It is excellent at air cooling. The PSU is highly rated as one of the best PSUs you can get in its category according to Linus's PSU tier list. It's a 660 watt 80+ Platinum . He is selling both as a bundle for $100. Offers are welcome and he is welcome to trades. Says he can trade for a 1TB NVME drive but is open to other trades.
