Make me an offer! 1959 Glasspar Avalon. 16’ stern to bow. 115 HP two stroke motor. Both trailer and boat were recently registered. If you’re in the market for a classic boat this is a fun project. Motor fired right up when I bought it last summer, pretty sure the battery is dead now though. I put a new wench on the trailer, reupholstered the back seat, and put in a new captains chair. The passenger seat is new as well and folds down into a lounge. The flooring is just cheap foam stuff. Probably needs to be redone but the deck is solid. This is by no means a perfect boat.. she needs some love. The gel coat has some stress cracking and the weather seal and bumper rails are weathered too.. I actually wet sanded that rubber bumper a couple years ago and was able to bring it back. The windshield has stress cracking too. The key is broken off in the ignition so I just use a screwdriver. The right trailer tire holds air but it gets low after about a week. Im sad to sell her, but I need the parking as we live in an apartment.
