I'm selling a like-new (but successfully used) KitchenAid Ravioli Maker Attachment (KRAV) for your stand mixer. I've made about thirty batches of pasta with this machine, cleaned it lovingly and kept the box. I'm moving to a retirement home and won't need this anymore. (I'll make ravioli like Nonna - manually.) You can buy one new for about $100, waste two batches of ingredients learning the machine, and give up... Or, give me $65 for mine, and I will tell you everything you need to succeed. It may still take a practice batch. Understand you will need the KitchenAid Pasta Roller to make the dough. That's a separate item and I'm keeping mine. You knew that already. This machine does not use the motor. You manually fill and crank through each pasta sheet. Once I dialed in the dough and fillings, I was able to crank out ten servings before the seventh inning.
