Great customer service! Got approved and got my wife in a 2015 Infiniti q70… has low miles and it’s in great condition. They also shipped it to my home free of charge! Thank you Miranda and Shaun for the vehicle. My wife and I are enjoying it

1. Bought a Kia Soul and was assured by Mranda that the airbag light was ON only due to the deployed passenger roof airbag. Safety being paramount, I specifically asked if the driver steering airbag was replaced and  I WAS ASSURED YES. 1 month later taking to an Airbag specialist, I was shocked to know that the steering airbag was fake- just a horn cover. Also the control module was locked in Crash mode which means NONE of the airbags would deploy in case of crash.
2. Car broke down in Dallas and local Kia Dealer said the Exhaust Flex pipe was missing and a rigid straight pipe welded in place whoever did this was make-shift and would fall apart in 3-4 months when would no longer be seller's problem. Had to have car shipped back to Houston for a make-shift muffler job and because of the earlier rigid weld, it seems the catalytic converter (THESE ARE VERY EXPENSIVE) is cracked  AND CAN FAIL ANYTIME IN FUTURE. Already spent $3k in all this.....and all they could offer is a referral to a local Muffler shop.

The s&m auto team did a great job getting me approved on the vechical I purchased. But just a little past a month the truck started giving problems. The suspension,electronics and transmission not once or twice but 4 times. After the fourth time even though still being covered under warranty I was refused coverage by the shop. The vechical almost cost me and my family's life after transmission gave out in the middle of an intersection. Owner is also unprofessional and will result in  name calling and threats By far the worst car buying experience in my life.

Don’t recommend shopping here for a car, they buy wrecked cars fix the bare minimum paint it all nice , and sell it way over the value it’s worth. scammers!! the amount of money I put in the car in the first 2 months of me buying it is ridiculous. I basically paid for a candy red engine. That was the only good thing about the car. It was not safe to drive!

Got a steal of a deal with SM Auto on a 2019 Kia Forte!

Meranda and her husband were very helpful throughout the process and and even fixed small items that were not satisfactory to me before the purchase.

I would highly recommend getting a car from them. Honest business owners and were transparent about everything with the vehicle.
