This was installed in a garage conversion. The garage is being converted back, so this unit needs a new home. It was removed by a licensed contractor but it’s a little dusty and there’s some touch and foam left on the casing, but that should clean off easily. There’s also a small dent from it being wiggled out if the wall, but it probably won’t show once it’s been re-installed. No remote (sorry! We’ll keep looking!)
