4400mAh Model L11S6Y01 Was for my N580, but works on many other models share the same size. I have used it in some G series laptop without problem. Lenovo allows you to select "max battery health" which stops charging when it reaches 60%, to extend battery health when you have it in charger all the time. Of course you can easily switch to full charge mode if you take it around often. Make sure it fits your old lenovo laptop
