In great condition (just needs a clean) small ottoman is not part of the set but will include it if you want it(free). Small couch measures 40×66. Large couch does have a tiny tear in the back which is why im selling cheap. Large couch measures 40×90 and the ottoman is 45×26. Pet and smoke free couches
