Pick up in Shakopee, please. This dress is super unique and stylish. The sleeves and neck panels are see through black mesh. There is another mesh panel over the stomach but it is over red fabric. The fabric has this really nice textured pattern and it is lined with soft fabric. It feels very well made. City Chic is a plus size brand. It says it is size medium but I am an 18/20 so it is really more of an XL or XXL. The fabric is a bit stretchy and the fabric panels at the waist make it very flattering and it’s very comfortable to wear.
