Type: Calcium Alginate with Silver, designed for moderate to heavily draining wounds. Key Features: Highly absorbent, contains antimicrobial silver for bacterial management, and includes CMC for improved fluid handling and wet strength. Application: Can be applied to the wound, covering all areas with slight overlap, and for deep wounds, loosely filling the wound. Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing. Wear Time: Can be left in place for up to 7 days, depending on the amount of drainage.
