Sales rep and Tiffanee in the office deserve 5 stars. But I dealt with Marc when it came to my paperwork. Very pushy trying to sell the extended warranty. No means no. And after telling him no twice he proceeded to try and use fear worry and guilt to get me purchase the warranty. I was looking to buy a third car  from them but after dealing with Marc,I will go somewhere else.

I received the car on Saturday. I bought online and had delivered. one key crumbled in my hand as soon as I got in the car and the second key has a crack in it so I am scared to use it. I've had the car a total of three days when I let Ben know. He said the keys were perfectly fine  and there was nothing Impex would do about it. I've never bought a car off a lot and not been able to drive it right away. The keys are in horrible condition. If you buy a car from Impex online and have it delivered,check everything out and take pictures of any discrepancies.

Don't Trust Them!! Bought a Cadillac Escalade from them online and had 2 video calls with the sales rep to go over any defects of concerns with the vehicle. Received the vehicle & found numerous items that weren't mentioned. Cracked monitor, mismatched chrome accents, cracked hitch cover, and broken fuel door.  I called the sales rep and service center at first they said they would be mailing the new monitor and cover the cost of it's replacement then they said I had to drive it 2 hours for them to do, it would take 4 days and I wouldn't get a loaner... Then they stopped returning my calls!! SCAM

This place is AWESOME!!!! Everything from the online process to getting the keys in your hand!!! The experience was like living the high life (lol). The building in Greensboro is beautiful you can even get lunch in the cafeteria which is DELICIOUS… You feel like family when you walk in my salesman was very professional shout out to Bryan Gomez and his supervisor!!
