Description

These are unique in that the plates are actually threaded and take the place of spin down collars. You can even put regular standard 1” plates on the inside of these to increase the weight. Currently each one has 4 plates at 3 pounds each or 12 pounds plus weight of bar. Approximately 15 pounds total for each dumbbell. Currently selling on eBay for $120 plus shipping for one!
