The Enchant features a nice, low standover height with a greatly-sloping top tube, and offers 7 speeds for varied terrain. Linear pull V-brakes give the young riders a chance to modulate the brakes, and ratchet the cranks without activating the brake. A rigid fork keeps the bike a little lighter than it'd be with an inexpensive suspension fork. Grab this bike for rides to school, rides down by the bay or family rides on pavement, dirt or gravel. 24" wheel bikes are often perfect for 7-11-year-old kids, depending on height, or 4'4" to 4'9".
