This couch was in my home for two years , I have a female cat and am a non smoker. The couch cushions are able to unzip allowing them to be washed and the pillows on couch used as the backrest are washer/dryer safe I typically put two pillows in per wash but that depends on you and your washer size there is a bit or a tear on the left arm of couch due to my cat but rather than that the couch is in perfect condition and ready for an easy sale. I’m on the first floor and the couch sectional comes in two
