Hi there we are selling our 2003 Skyline 25 ft Camper. We bought it to stay at my parents property when visiting but do not use it enough and they now have a guest room for us so it's no longer needed. Everything works great in the camper, the stove, burners, oven, fridge, ac, heater, water heater, holding tanks, sewage lines, electrical, water, etc works just fine. Feel free to bring a generator if needed to see it all work. It has newer batteries, a new Bluetooth stereo, new memory foam bed newer great condition tires, a awning in perfect condition and has been well kept. We paid a local handyman to have the roof membrane be redone about a year ago and we haven't seen any signs of leaks while owning it. It did have a previous leak in the bathroom which prompted us to have the roof redone and patched. There is a little bit of tlc needed, we took out the carpet since it was 20 yrs old and had plans to put peel and stick tile down. We bought it and have more than enough to finish it and it comes with the camper. In the bathroom around the skylight will have to be cleaned and some new trim put on. We never used the shower and used the bathroom for storage. Lastly the registration is overdue, we don't know how much but have priced it accordingly. What we loved about this camper was it fit our family easily while providing ample room, and dependability of all appliances and such.
