I drove 3 hours to buy my lifted Chevy diesel from Carz Planet and it was 100% worth it. Before I even made the trip, they sent me tons of pictures and videos so I knew exactly what I was coming to see. When I got there, the team was laid back, super nice, and never once pushy. They even beat the financing rate I had lined up with my own credit union, which was a huge bonus. I originally heard about them through a friend, and now I see why! these guys genuinely enjoy what they do and it shows. Great experience all around and I couldn’t be happier with my truck. Sammy was great to work with. Highly recommend asking for him if you reach out to this dealership. Also I’ve already put 2300 miles on my truck since buying and it has driven like a dream. These people are the kings at lifted used diesel trucks. Definitely go see them

Carz Planet exceeded my expectations by making the entire buying process seamless and stress-free. The Price was fair and the process was quick and easy. They went out of their way to ensure the truck was clean for me, taking extra time to deep clean a the seats and ensure I was satisfied. Their dedication to quality and customer care truly set them apart.

Just purchased a 2016 Audi Q5 yesterday and it was a good experience and Tanner was great to work with and seems like a great guy who tried to get me the best deal. He gave me money out of his pocket to purchase parts because the dealership was unwilling to work with me and negotiate down on the price when things were broken inside the car and were unwilling to fix the parts or ship the parts to my home. I felt bad for him honestly because that wasn’t his responsibility.

The reason why I’m giving the dealership 4 stars is because the car wasn’t one of their “lifted trucks” they treated the car like it was worthless to them and didn’t wash it before I drove 2 hours to come purchase it, so it was pretty dirty looking, had the car literally on empty with gas, and refused to fill it up before purchase and I think that reflected badly on the dealership itself, not the salesman. I’ve purchased a lot of used cars before “as is” and never bought a car on E before; I especially didn’t expect one as nice as this one with reviews as good as this one to do so. I had to spend $90 just to get home and that left enough of a bad taste in my mouth to leave this review. This dealership makes enough to money in sales to eat that cost. Just think they could have done a better job and gotten a stellar review from me because I love leaving those. I was very hesitant to purchase yesterday because I arrived to a dirty car that wasn’t very presentable and clearly wasn’t something they were proud to sell. Regardless of all that, it’s a really good car and well taken care of and I’m happy to have it and once again, Tanner was really nice to work with.

Hands down, the best car buying experience I've ever had.  A few weeks ago, on a Sunday, I inquired about a Nissan GT-R they had just posted for sale.  Much to my surprise, despite them being closed, I received an immediate reply from Sammy and started a conversation in which he patiently answered every one of my questions.

Sammy took the time to send me dozens of additional photos and videos of the car along with the CarFax report.  He also took the time to talk through pricing and financing with full transparency.  He even worked out shipping the vehicle, since I am out of state.  By the time we were finished, I got the car of my dreams and made a new friend.

I've purchased dozens of cars and worked with many different salespeople, but Sammy with Carz Planet broke the mold. He was honest, authentic, and knowledgeable. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The next time I'm looking for a car, my first call will be to him, period.
