These adjustable dumbbells expand up to 90 lbs per dumbbell, with 2.5 to 5 lb incremental adjustments to help you build strength while maintaining proper form. Add Stage 2 (70 lbs) and Stage 3 (90 lbs) expansions as your strength progresses. This set of adjustable dumbbells currently is adjustable from 5 to 50 pounds each. You can purchase expansion kits to go to 70 or 90 pounds each. Price is for both dumbbells and the stand. Current retail for the pair is $470 without the stand! Please check out all my other gym equipment including Olympic and standard weights, barbells, benches, racks, towers, leg press machines, mats, resistance bands, kettlebells, weights and dumbbells of all types and sizes.
