It was manufactured on 8/10/2020 (see photos). Pricing breakdown below. There were no defects when purchased. I believe it was discounted at the outlet because it was part of a much larger sectional - the right side of the couch is armless. It’s in nearly new condition. Used in a non-smoking home, with no pets, and no children. It was used as a second living space sofa, not as the primary living room sofa - very little wear. It has an extra deep seat, great for movie watching and lounging. I’m only selling it because I’m turning the second living space into a proper bedroom.
