Keller Ford will repair your Vehicle with knowledgeable, professional mechanics that get the job done right! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants their vehicle done the right way, the first time. They don’t have your vehicle for days & days, because the part is normally in stock. Recently purchased a Lincoln Nautilus and traded in our 2014 Ford Fusion. The trade in price was fair, employee pricing got us a good discount on the Nautilus, and our salesman Jimmie was great. I would highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a new Ford or Lincoln, and if you’re current or prior military there is a little extra incentive through Ford.

Should be zero stars. Had a Costco quote for a locked in price. When I went to close the deal they changed the numbers on the rebates.  Quote was valid for two weeks.
READ the final paperwork and check the numbers. They will switch things without saying anything.
They lost a cash in hand sale because of their shady sales practices.

I just bought a Ford F150 from Arwin, one of the internet sales professionals at Keller Ford.  Over the past 2 months, I've spoken to more than a dozen Ford dealerships within 500 miles of my home.  Not only did Keller Ford offer me the best price, but I am even more impressed with Arwin's and the deanship's 5-start level of service.  Communication and responsiveness was outstanding, and they over-delivered to their commitments/promises.  They did some configuration changes and services for me before I took ownership, and they hand delivered my truck to my home (thank you Juan! - another stellar internet service professional). I could not have expected anything better from the sale/purchase and transaction.  Honestly, Keller is 250 miles away from me, and if I were to do this 10 times again, I'd choose Keller 10 out of 10 times.  You won't be disappointed.  Thanks Arwin, Juan and Keller!
