It is in very good condition, clean and has minimal wear. Please note, the light in the pictures was for photography purposes and is not included. It's 5 feet x 5 feet, 80 inches tall, is lined with textured high reflective mylar, has tons of ports for ducts / fans / cords etc. It's very sturdy, disassembles for easy transport, has a viewing window, heavy zippers, multiple access points and is made of high quality heavy canvas. Is completely light proof. It's a great tent that has served me very well, I'm certain it will continue to serve you well in your growing adventures. Pair this with the two grow lights I have posted and you'll be well on your way to indoor growing. Good for seedlings, house plants, cuttings / clones, mushroom growing, indoor growing, microgreens, herbs, microgreens etc. Pickup in Vista off 78 and Sycamore. $50
