Comes with additives for water changes, food, nets etc. Just bring some buckets and helper or two to help you move, it’s on the third floor. It comes with a bottom tank and pump if you wanted to go salt water. The last owner changed it to fresh water so I kept it fresh. It’s a big beautiful tank. The trim does have wear, it’s not perfect, however the tank itself is beautiful. The cover on the bottom is missing, that’s how I got it, you can cover somehow or replace with wood. Need gone by this weekend
