Vintage Rhinestone brooch. Likely to be Juliana by DeLizza & Elster (D&E) from the mid-20th century, which is characterized by its clear, prong-set rhinestones. This was acquired from an Estate sale. D&E jewelry was not marked unless it was made for another "designer" and is identified via study and evaluation of several construction characteristics. This item is in good vintage condition. There is evidence of age, use, and/or circulation. There is no visible damage but some minor tarnish and other evidence of age/use.
