Nearly new condition Purchased in 2023 for $1130 and very rarely used. I prefer a firmer couch so this couch barely got any use. 87”W x 32”H x 34”D Weight 115 lbs Very easy to maintain with damp cloth as needed. No visible imperfections or stains, minor tear in under cloth on underside of couch from when movers lifted the couch. Household with 1 indoor only cat so no chance of fleas (and who also doesnt sit on it as she has other spots in the house she prefers). Throw pillows and blanket in photos not included You pick up, Venmo Weekends or late afternoon weekdays preferred.
